We operate under a dropshipping model, sourcing from partners in China, the United States (Amazon), and other international warehouses.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, your order will be forwarded to our supplier for fulfillment.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options based on the total value of your order:

• Free Standard Shipping (7 to 15 Business Days)

  • Available for orders of $149 or more.

  • Applies to all destinations we serve.

  • Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days depending on supplier location and logistics.

• Flat Rate Shipping - $14.99 (7 to 15 Business Days)

  • Applies to orders under $149.

  • Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days.

Product Origin & Fulfillment Times

Orders may be fulfilled from one or more of the following sources:

• U.S. warehouses (including Amazon) – usually faster processing.

• China warehouses – items from China may take 10 to 25 business days depending on customs clearance and shipping carrier availability.

Please note: Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Delays Disclaimer

While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, Weld Bear Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Customs inspections or border processing.

• Shipping carrier delays (including holidays or high-demand periods).

• Supply chain disruptions beyond our control.

We work closely with our suppliers to minimize any potential delays, but international shipments, particularly those from China, may experience delivery times of up to 25 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, or taxes. Weld Bear Inc. is not liable for additional charges incurred once a package has left the supplier’s warehouse.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to show movement in the system.

Damages & Shipping Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@weldbearinc.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue.

Supplier Guarantees

All warranties and guarantees are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the supplier who fulfills your order. We do not carry inventory and depend on external partners for shipping and warranty services.
