Refund policy
Weld Bear Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags (if applicable). This applies to welding machines, tools, and industrial safety equipment such as helmets, gloves, and welding jackets.
A proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at weldbearinc@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Customized or special order welding equipment.

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids (e.g., welding gases).

Items marked as final sale or promotional items.

Used welding machines or tools that show signs of use.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item first, and once approved, placing a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period where you may return your order for any reason.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.
